Crystal Singing Bowls

This is a short video showing somebody performing a healing session using quartz crystal singing bowls. this can be extremely powerful.

I had the pleasure of doing a group healing session not so long ago where we used a singing bowl to augment the energy. It felt like I was having my pineal gland pulled out of my forehead and my crown chakra felt as if I had a wide hole in the top of my head... Maybe I'm not making this sound as attractive as it actually was but it was indeed an incredible experience.

I have been looking at videos of singing bowls and the vibrations still come through as I play them through my sound system. It appears that not a lot is lost in the digitalization process which surprises me.

Solar plexus chakra

Today I'm going to be sitting down to write the third article in the chalked series.

Today, the sacral chakra related to our life force sand associated with the sun. Its cloudy and training here but I'm sure I'll manage to get the article out.
